About the project:

Swish is a mobile cross-platform app for organizing basketball games at venues across America. With the app, the user can organize a game at any of the country’s courts, invite other users and assemble a team to play, as well as simply participate in games as a player.

About the team:

There are already 2 developers working on the project, the application is actively growing, so we need another person who will help implement everything we have planned.

You will be working together with the owner of the product and a product designer from the English-speaking client side.

What you will do:

  • Develop a cross-platform iOS/Android app on React Native
  • Develop API for the app
  • Create and maintain new components
  • Interact with the product manager and UX/UI designer

What we expect from you:

  • Experience in React Native mobile app development from one year, knowledge of hooks
  • Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Knowledge of mobile OS (Android and iOS)
  • Experience of publishing apps in Google Play Market and Apple AppStore
  • Conversational English for communicating with customers

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with maps (Google Maps, Mapbox, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Firebase (Firestore, Push Notifications with FCM, Cloud Functions, Authentication)
  • Knowledge of Typescript
  • Experience of API creation for mobile applications
